Contact Tammy Frievalt to reserve a seat in the next volunteer orientation session.
The orientation will help illustrate how important every volunteer role is to the shelter by providing a general overview of the shelter, as well as helping you to be prepared by covering topics such as shelter policies and procedures, animal health and safety, recognizing signs of aggression, disease prevention procedures, etc. Once you've been through the orientation, Tammy will help you choose a role that will be most rewarding to you and arrange for a starting date and any further training you might need.
